I. Instrument Introduction
       The KEKGY-B High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester (High Voltage Circuit Breaker Operation Characteristic Tester) is a computer-intelligent testing instrument specifically developed for high voltage switches (high voltage circuit breakers).
       This instrument utilizes advanced microelectronic technology to quickly provide accurate and reliable measurement data. It uses an LCD to display all data in Chinese characters and provides Chinese prompts for potential faults during switch measurement and incorrect external signal line connections.
       This instrument operates on 220V AC power. Equipped with a printer, it can conveniently print all measured data.

       After setting the opening/closing time and number of operations, the switch performance is judged by detecting whether refusal to open, refusal to close, false opening, or false closing occurs.
III. Main Features of the Instrument
       1. Displays test data and various faults during testing in Chinese characters;
       2. Chinese-English switching function, allowing all test operations in the English interface with results displayed in English;
       3. Pre-set the switch's opening/closing status via panel operation (button "Open/Close"), but without testing data;
       4. Automatically determines the operation type (closing or opening operation);
       5. The switch only needs to operate once (close once or open once) to obtain all measurement data for the corresponding operation;
       6. Manually set the contact gap before testing;
       7. Switch action control includes internal control (the instrument issues open/close commands), external control (external control energizes the coil), and manual open/close. Since manual open/close has no coil energization signal, the test results do not include opening/closing time, and the corresponding display shows contact movement time;
       8. Clearly indicates the status of each contact of the switch at various stages, including the opening/closing status of contacts in the open position;
       9. All test items of this instrument are strictly tested and processed according to the definitions in GB3309-89.

V. Precautions for Using the Instrument
       1. When wiring between this product and the tested switch, ensure the tested switch is not energized and is completely isolated from the power system;
       2. For safety, when making various connections to this machine, do not pull by the cable; instead, hold the plug for operation;
       3. Do not place this machine in areas that may be exposed to heat and moisture, such as near stoves, sinks, etc.;
       4. If the machine is brought from a cold environment to a fully heated environment, moisture may condense inside, reducing the insulation level. Ensure the machine is free of moisture before use;
       5. Place the machine in a well-ventilated area where dust does not easily accumulate;
       6. Avoid using the machine during thunderstorms;
       7. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the machine. Do not use chemical agents such as gasoline or banana oil;
       8. Confirm that the local grid voltage matches the machine's power supply voltage: AC 220V±10％/50/60Hz;
       9. Do not damage the cables provided with the machine to ensure safety. If any damage is found, replace them immediately;
     10. If the instrument malfunctions, please contact our company's technical personnel immediately. Do not disassemble the machine yourself to avoid harm to the operator and unnecessary damage to the instrument. Self-disassembly is not covered by our company's warranty.
