ZYX submersible slurry pump operates through direct coupling to meet working conditions, primarily used for conveying liquid media containing suspended solid particles.
ZYJ submersible slurry pump is an improved version based on the ZYX submersible slurry pump, with an added agitator wheel at the pump inlet to alter the suction conditions. This series is mainly used for conveying solid-liquid mixtures with fast sedimentation rates. Equipped with built-in agitation, it is primarily used in slurry pools without agitator stations.
The concentration of the liquid conveyed by both pumps is ≤60% by weight, medium temperature ≤80℃. Allows passage of a small amount of large solid particles, but their particle size should not exceed 50% of the smallest cross-sectional dimension of the flow passage. Widely used in industries such as power, chemical, petroleum, mining, and cement.
