Domestic sewage treatment equipment is used to treat sewage from daily life. Small-scale domestic sewage purification biogas digesters utilize常溫 anaerobic fermentation technology, following the principle of "multi-stage gravity flow, step-by-step degradation," to establish a system of Level I anaerobic fermentation—Level II兼氧 absorption filtration. It consists of processes such as anaerobic fermentation,兼氧 absorption filtration, sewage recirculation, and filler media.

Working Principle: The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen primarily relies on the AO biological treatment process within the equipment. The working principle involves: in the A tank, due to the high concentration of organic matter in the sewage, microorganisms are in an anoxic state, where they are facultative microorganisms. Thus, the A tank not only has a certain organic matter removal function, reducing the organic load on the subsequent aerobic tank, but also lowers the organic matter concentration while still containing some organic matter and較高 NH3-N. To further oxidize and decompose the organic matter and ensure smooth carbonization, an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with a lower organic load is set up in the O級(jí). In the O級(jí) tank, aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (such as nitrifying bacteria) are primarily present.

Equipment Components

1. Submersible sewage lift pump, placed in the調(diào)節(jié) tank, uniformly lifts the調(diào)節(jié) tank sewage into the equipment tank.

2. Aeration blower, generally placed in the equipment room or a rainproof structure, used for aerating the aerobic tank of the equipment.

3. Recirculation pump, placed in the sedimentation tank, recirculates the sedimentation tank sludge and mixed liquor back to the anaerobic tank.
