Q11F Internal Thread Two-Piece Cast Steel Ball Valve Product Introduction:
Q11F Internal Thread Connection Ball Valve and Butt Weld Connection Ball Valve are divided into one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece valve bodies. The valve body adopts precision casting technology, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat uses an elastic sealing structure, ensuring stable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-loaded structure with reverse sealing, preventing the valve stem from being ejected when the valve cavity pressure abnormally rises. Two-piece and three-piece ball valves also have butt weld (BW) and socket weld (SW) connection ends, and can be equipped with a universal ISO bracket platform and locking device. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and locking can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. Driving methods: manual, electric, pneumatic.
Q11F Internal Thread Ball Valve and Butt Weld Ball Valve are suitable for pipelines with PN1.0～4.0MPa, working temperature -29～180℃ (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene RPTFE) or -29～300℃ (sealing ring is PPL), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be selected for water, steam, oil, acid, and other media.
