Cartridge mechanical seal is an assembly that combines seven main components: rotating ring, stationary ring, spring, auxiliary sealing ring, shaft sleeve, gland static sealing gasket, etc. Because it is pre-assembled into a unit, cartridge mechanical seals are more convenient, faster, and sealed during installation on the equipment.

Easy installation: After inspection and pressure testing, it is sleeved onto the shaft in the seal chamber, fixed with set screws, the gland bolts are tightened, the cartridge positioning piece is removed, and the mechanical seal can operate in parallel and be put into operation. This not only facilitates assembly but also maintains assembly quality.
