These single or double end cartridge mechanical seals are designed for our ZCP or ZBG type chemical pumps and ZSP, ZZ, or ZN type slurry pumps. The stationary compensation ring structure and external spring design ensure long-term effective operation in high-concentration, high-particle-content, and crystallization-prone conditions. The mechanical seal features a cooling water diversion sleeve tailored for heavy-duty chemical pumps, making it more suitable for high-temperature, high-speed, and high-pressure applications. In terms of material selection, the seal offers hard alloy, 304, fluor rubber pairing, and silicon carbide, 316L options. The former is suitable for moderately corrosive alkaline media, while the latter is ideal for highly corrosive conditions such as phosphoric acid.

Applicable Media: Solid particle-containing and corrosive media such as limestone, gypsum slurry, etc.

Applicable Temperature: With internal flush cooling water, suitable for media temperatures below 60°C; with external flush water cooling, suitable for media temperatures between 60°C and 150°C.
