ZPNL type is a vertical single-stage single-suction immersed slurry (slag) pump. This pump is an energy-saving product updated and improved based on the original PNL type pump structure. Widely used in ore dressing plants, power plants, municipal engineering, construction sites, drilling, and other fields, for conveying mixed liquids containing suspended solid particles, such as concentrate, tailings, ash slag, coal slurry, gravel, slurry pump, etc. The weight percentage concentration of the conveyed slurry can reach 50-60%.

ZPNL vertical slurry pump head has a single-layer structure, with the pump body and guard plate forming the pump chamber. Cylindrical integral bearing box, single-row radial ball bearings are installed at the upper and lower ends of the bearing box respectively; the pump body is connected to the lower end of the bearing box via a bracket, and the upper end of the bearing box is connected to the motor base. For pumps with a head lower than 40 meters, the impeller is an open impeller, without shaft seal, and viewed from the drive end towards the pump head, the impeller rotates clockwise; for pumps with a head equal to or higher than 40 meters, the impeller is a closed impeller, with shaft seal as packing, and viewed from the drive end towards the pump head, the impeller rotates clockwise.

ZPNL type pump chamber part should be fully immersed in the slurry, among which the bearing position at the lower end of the bearing box is not allowed to be immersed in the slurry, it should be kept above the liquid level by 150mm or more, and if packing is provided, it should be appropriately tightened.
