ZCPchemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump developed, designed, and updated based on the IHand IPtype chemical pumps. This pump has good cavitation resistance and strong load-bearing capacity.

The bearings are made of wear-resistant materials, ensuring smooth operation and a long service life. The bearings of the transmission components are installed using a heat-shrink method, causing no damage to other parts.

The transmission bearing box is equipped with a cooling water system to control the temperature of the bearing lubricant and the bearings.

The medium seal uses a cartridge mechanical seal, ensuring normal operation when conveying high-temperature, high-pressure, fine particle-containing, and high-temperature media.

ZCPseries chemical centrifugal pump performance range: flow rate 0.5~400 m3/h, head 5~200 m, conveying medium temperature generally -20℃~150℃. Depending on the corrosiveness of the conveyed medium, users can select the appropriate corrosion-resistant material.
