Zigong Zipump Water Pump CNG Station ZYG Explosion-Proof Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Booster Pump   The ZYG centrifugal pump is used for conveying petroleum products such as gasoline and diesel, with the conveyed medium temperature ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The ZYGD low-speed centrifugal pump is suitable for environments with very low noise requirements and applications such as air conditioning circulation.

ZYG Explosion-Proof Centrifugal Pump Operating Conditions  The suction pressure of the explosion-proof centrifugal pump is ≤1.0MPa, or the system working pressure is ≤1.6MPa, meaning the pump head at the suction port is ≤1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure is ≤2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, please indicate this separately during ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump's flow parts and connections during manufacturing.

Environment temperature for explosion-proof pipeline pump is <40°C, relative humidity <40%.
The volume content of solid particles in the medium conveyed by the explosion-proof centrifugal pump should not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, with particle size <0.2mm. Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify during ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

1.  Used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire protection boosting, long-distance conveyance, HVAC refrigeration circulation, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T≤80°C.

2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotel boilers for hot water booster circulation and conveyance, as well as urban heating systems. The ISWR type has an operating temperature T≤120°C.

3. ISWH horizontal chemical pump is used for conveying non-solid particle corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +120°C.
