Features:
1. Contains reactive groups in its molecular structure that can bond with dyes and fibers, thereby enhancing fixing performance.
2. Does not release free formaldehyde after fixation, meeting eco-friendly requirements.
Application Range:
Suitable for fixing treatments in dyeing or printing with reactive, direct, and other dyes. Particularly effective for reactive dyes.
Brief Usage Instructions:
1. Process Parameters:
Dilute the fixing agent with an equal amount of water first.
Fixing Agent Dosage: 2%--3%(o.w.f)
Fixing Temperature: 45 - 60℃
Time: 30—40 minutes
pH Value: 6-7
2. Process Flow:
Dyeing → Rinsing (→ Soaping → Rinsing) → Fixing → Rinsing → Other finishing processes
3. Precautions:
① Before fixing, rinse thoroughly with clean water to avoid residues affecting fixing performance;
② After fixing, rinse with clean water to avoid affecting subsequent processes;
③ pH level may affect fixing performance and fabric color tone; adjust according to actual conditions.
④ Increasing the dosage and temperature can improve fixing performance, but excessive levels may cause color change;
⑤ Factories should adjust specific processes based on their actual conditions through sample testing to achieve optimal fixing results.
Packaging and Storage:
1. Packed in 50KG or 125KG plastic drums.
2. Store at room temperature; shelf life is one year.
