[Performance Characteristics]

1. Suitable for waterproof and oil-resistant finishing of various fabrics with excellent performance.
2. The actual content of the emulsion contains no fillers, offering higher stability than similar products, avoiding issues like roller sticking, and providing high cost-effectiveness.
3. Fabrics treated retain good breathability.
4. Treatment of colored fabrics does not reduce color fastness or brightness.

[Usage Method]

1. Fabric treatment:
Before waterproof and oil-resistant finishing, remove residual oils, alkalis, softeners, anionic surfactants, etc., from previous processes as much as possible.
2. Preparation of working solution:

Note: The general dosage of cross-linking agent etherified methylol melamine is 10-20 g/L, and catalyst dosage is 2-3 g/L.

3. Avoid co-bathing with acrylic resins or other water-soluble stiffening resins. If co-bathing is necessary, increase the waterproofing agent dosage appropriately. It is recommended to base the increase on the normal dosage of the waterproofing agent, with the increment matching that of the stiffening resin.
4. Processing technique:
One dip and one nip; curing temperature and time should be set according to the dyeing mill's requirements for different fabrics.
