II. Performance Characteristics
1. Suitable for waterproof and oil-repellent finishing of various fabrics with excellent performance.
2. The actual content of the emulsion does not contain any fillers, and its stability is higher than similar products. It does not cause issues such as roller sticking and offers high cost-effectiveness.
3. Fabrics treated with this product maintain good breathability.
4. Treatment of colored fabrics does not reduce color fastness or color vibrancy.
III. Usage Instructions
1. Fabric treatment: Before waterproof and oil-repellent finishing, remove residual oils, alkalis, softeners, anionic surfactants, etc., from previous processes as much as possible.
2. Preparation of working solution.

Note: The general dosage of cross-linking agent etherified methylol melamine is 10-20g/L, and the catalyst dosage is 2-3g/L.
3. Avoid using in the same bath with acrylic resins or other water-soluble stiffening resins. If co-bathing is necessary, increase the dosage of the waterproofing agent appropriately. It is recommended to base the increase in waterproofing agent dosage on the normal amount, with the increase matching the amount of stiffening resin.
4. Processing Technology
One dip and one nip, with curing temperature and time adjusted according to the dyeing factory's requirements for different fabrics.
IV. Packaging: 60kg, 125kg, or as per customer requirements.
