【Usage Methods】 | |
| 1. Pad-dry-cure thermosol process SPS-D dosage: 0.5-3g/L Process: Padding (pick-up 70%)→Pre-drying (100℃)→Curing (setting) (170-190℃, 30-40 seconds) 2. Dyeing method SPS-D dosage: 0.1-0.5%(o.w.f). Dosage exceeding 0.3%(o.w.f) can further improve whiteness, but blue-purple light may intensify. Users should test samples to confirm the effect. Bath ratio: 1:10-30 pH value: 5-13 Process: 98-100℃ (low temperature)×30-60min→Rinsing→Drying→Setting (170-190℃, 30-40 seconds) 120-130℃ (high temperature)×30-60 min→Rinsing→Drying→Setting (170-190℃, 30-40 seconds) Tips: ☆. Shake well before use. Tighten the lid after use. ☆. Do not mix with concentrated alkali during preparation. | |
