Surface Treatment

① The plaster layer or concrete surface (including joints, around window frames, etc.) must be free of contaminants. ② The substrate surface must be firm, without looseness, cracks, or blistering, with flatness ≤2mm, and free of dust or adhered particles. ③ For plaster and concrete substrates, the moisture content must not exceed 10%, and the pH must not be higher than 9. Newly plastered cement mortar walls require curing for over 10 days in summer and over 20 days in winter; cast-in-place concrete walls require curing for over 21 days in summer and over 28 days in winter.
