Design Purpose:

Fluorocarbon paint is currently the highest-performing coating with outstanding physical and chemical properties. It stands out among ordinary paints due to its weather resistance, self-cleaning capability, corrosion resistance, high-temperature melting resistance, and long-term color retention. It is used for protection in steel structure bridges, concrete bridges, metal curtain wall coatings, building steel structures, large venues, ports, docks, and coastal marine facilities.

Compatible Undercoats:

Surface Treatment: The surface must be sandblasted or shot-blasted to meet GB8923 "Rust Grades and Preparation Grades of Steel Surfaces Before Coating" Sa2.5 level. For areas that do not meet pretreatment requirements, use an electric grinder to achieve St3 level.

Usage Instructions

1. Application methods include spraying, rolling, or brushing; metallic flash paint is recommended to be applied by spraying. 2. Before application, the paint must be stirred until completely uniform. If skinning or particles are found, filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve. 3. Fluorocarbon paint is a two-component curing type paint. After strictly mixing Components A and B in the specified ratio, allow 10 minutes for curing before use. 4. At 20°C, the paint will gradually gel after 6 hours until it becomes unusable. Prepare the paint as needed to avoid waste, and seal the container after use. Do not pour unused mixed paint back into the original container. 5. Adjust the paint's application viscosity using the company's dedicated thinner. 6. After applying the fluorocarbon topcoat, ensure the substrate is clean, dry, free of oil, and dust; otherwise, adhesion issues may occur.

Application Parameters:

Application Conditions

Surface treatment requires the previous coat to be dry, clean, and uniform. Substrate temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C, and must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
