Product Introduction:

Epoxy phenolic resin paint is a high-performance, highly cross-linked two-component anti-corrosion paint. It offers excellent heat resistance and solvent resistance. Epoxy phenolic resin paint is suitable for the inner wall lining of storage and processing containers in petrochemical plants, as well as for the surfaces of various light metals and cement structures indoors and outdoors. Epoxy phenolic paint can serve as an anti-corrosion coating for the inner walls of storage tanks and containers holding the following liquids.

Main Features:

Strong corrosion resistance: Excellent anti-corrosion properties including water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, seawater resistance, and salt spray resistance.

Resistance to crude oil, 200# solvent oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc.

The paint film exhibits excellent rust prevention, adhesion, acid resistance, alkali resistance, as well as good weather resistance and wet-dry alternation performance.

Mechanical properties: Excellent adhesion, wear resistance, impact resistance, and hardness.

Product Description

Product Composition: A two-component epoxy coating composed of phenolic-modified epoxy resin, temperature-resistant anti-corrosion pigments, additives, curing agents, and mixed solvents.

Designed Use: Suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings on steel structures such as storage tanks and pipelines.

Application Instructions: Mixing ratio (by weight): A:B=24:4

Curing time: 23±2℃ 0.5h; Pot life: 23±2℃ 4h

Equipped with specialized X-7 epoxy coating thinner (refer to the construction instructions for the exact amount to add).

Application methods: Air spray, recommended nozzle diameter: 1.7-2.3mm, spray pressure: 0.25-0.65MPa

Airless spray, recommended nozzle diameter: 0.4-0.5mm, spray pressure: 16MPa
