Epoxy sealer primer is specifically designed for surfaces such as cement, wall putty, and concrete, making it suitable for application on building exteriors, concrete piers, concrete components, cement floors, floor matching primers, and anti-corrosion in water tanks. The application of epoxy sealer primer should not be too thick; the film thickness should be just enough to seal the capillary pores of the substrate. The coating can be visually inspected—if it appears glossy, the application is too thick.

Strong sealing performance: Epoxy sealer primer can block moisture, corrosive media, and CO2, offering excellent sealing properties and reducing corrosion of the substrate.

High permeability: The coating has a low molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate into the capillary pores of concrete, providing sealing and high adhesion.

Good application properties: This paint offers excellent application performance, can be sprayed or brushed without affecting the coating, and delivers a high-quality finish.

High alkali resistance: Concrete or cement surfaces are highly alkaline, and this product offers strong alkali resistance, making it suitable for coating such substrates.

Matching application: The sealer primer needs to be paired with various intermediate coats, topcoats, and mortars to achieve a thicker coating or better protective performance.

Strong adhesion: It adheres firmly to concrete surfaces, preventing the coating from peeling or flaking.

PU800 acrylic polyurethane topcoat features high weather resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and a tough film. It is particularly suitable for outdoor environments with strong UV exposure, resisting rain and windblown sand while providing comprehensive protection for concrete substrates. A dual-layer system combining epoxy sealer primer with acrylic polyurethane topcoat serves as an effective coating solution, ensuring strong adhesion while delivering excellent protection.
