Composition:

This product is a two-component coating prepared from silicates, pigments, curing agents, fillers, etc.

Product Characteristics:

Inorganic zinc silicate coatings exhibit unique and excellent performance in adhesion, weather resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, radiation resistance, solvent resistance, safety, antistatic properties, weldability, and self-healing capabilities.

Application Environment:

During construction, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 5°C, the surrounding air temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, the maximum temperature must not exceed 40°C, and the relative humidity must be below 80%.

Storage and Packaging:

Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry place. Shelf life is one year.

Packaging: Component A: 20kg/drum; Component B: 5kg/drum; Mixing ratio: 4:1 (by weight).

Remarks:

1. When using this primer, the base material must be thoroughly stirred, and then the composite film-forming agent and zinc should be mixed uniformly in proportion. Stirring should be maintained during application to prevent uneven zinc distribution. Application time ≤ 4 hours.

2. Theoretical spreading rate: Refers to the consumption of anticorrosive paint without considering the actual application environment, application method, surface condition, structure, shape, surface area, and other influencing factors.

3. The actual drying time of the paint film is generally related to and influenced by air flow, temperature, film thickness, and the number of coats. Therefore, these factors should be considered during construction.

4. Clean with dedicated thinner.

5. After the final topcoat is applied, it must be naturally cured for 7 days before use. If the ambient temperature is below 10°C, the natural curing time should be appropriately extended.

6. Do not dilute with water or other solvents during use.
