Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Anti-Corrosion Coating

Composition:    Modified resin, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, pigments, additives, and single-component colored topcoats.

Characteristics:

2. Excellent weather resistance, long-lasting color retention, and no loss of gloss.

3. Outstanding chemical resistance, resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, salts, and other corrosive substances.

4. Single-component formulation offers good application performance and ease of use.

Testing Items:

Viscosity: (Cup-4) 25±1℃   80-120

Drying Time: Surface dry 20min, Hard dry 24h

Solid Content: ≥58%

Film Thickness: Wet film 70-110um   Dry film 30-50um

Thinner: Polyurethane-specific thinner

Compatible Primers: All epoxy and polyurethane series primers, structural paints, surfacers. Storage stability ≥12 months. Application methods: primer coating, spraying, electrostatic spraying.

Usage Instructions:

1. Stir thoroughly before use.

2. Remove all moisture, oil, dust, and other contaminants from the surface to be coated.

3. Use the specified thinner to prevent bubbles or pinholes.

4. Avoid applying a single coat exceeding 50um to prevent bubbling. Control application effectively. Do not allow the paint to come into contact with water or acidic substances to avoid affecting product quality and premature gelation.

5. Application methods: brushing, spraying, rolling.

6. Application interval: Minimum 6 hours, maximum 5 days (25℃). Wet film time: 25 minutes.

7. Clean tools immediately after use to prevent hardening and solidification, which may render them unusable.

8. Theoretical consumption: ≤100g/㎡

9. Note: Actual paint coverage may vary based on the shape and size of the object and working conditions. Typical loss factors: 1.4 times theoretical for brushing, 1.7 times for spraying.
